Our Server is hosted on a Dedicated Server.
While we express that the server is on 24 hours, 7 days a week, sometimes the server will be offline due to excpetional circumstances. This status check is only used as a guideline for if it is on. This can be inaccurate, and we stress you try to log in to the game yourself in order to see the true condition of the server.
